Cancellation Terms & Conditions
Please note, in the event a person wishes to cancel their conference registration, the following cancellation policy will be adhered to:
Up to and including 31 July 2025
Cancellation during this period will incur a 25% cancellation fee on the total amount of the conference registration fee.
1 August 2025 – 31 August 2025
Cancellation during this period will incur a 50% cancellation fee on the total amount of the conference registration fee.
1 September 2025
Cancellation from this date will incur a 100% cancellation fee on the total amount of the conference registration fee.
The above cancellation terms relate to delegate or partner registration tickets to the conference only. IFA is not responsible for any flight or accommodation bookings or other associated costs when cancelling a registration to the IFA National Conference in Melbourne.
