Cancellation Terms & Conditions
Please note, in the event a person wishes to cancel their conference registration, the following cancellation policy will be adhered to:
Up to and including 29 February 2024
Cancellation during this period will incur a 25% cancellation fee on the total amount of the conference registration fee.
1 March 2024 – 31 March 2024
Cancellation during this period will incur a 50% cancellation fee on the total amount of the conference registration fee.
1 April 2024
Cancellation from this date will incur a 100% cancellation fee on the total amount of the conference registration fee.
The above cancellation terms relate to delegate or partner registration tickets to the conference only. IFA is not responsible for any flight or accommodation bookings or other associated costs when cancelling a registration to the IFA national conference in Darwin.
